Woomi Construction has announced its intention to purchase 10.26 million shares of BCG as well as 1.72 million shares of TCD, equivalent to 9.5% of BCG shares and 5% of TCD shares respectively, and thus will officially become a major shareholder of both companies. The transaction is to be executed by May 16th, 2018.

(BCG Land) On 04/04/2018, BCG Land JSC announced the ownership of the apartment project in Thao Dien. The project is located at Nguyen Van Huong street, Thao Dien ward, District 2, where many high-end and luxury real estate projects are being constructed. The project will have two 22-floor buildings, built on a total area of over 9,000 sqm. Located at a prime location in the eastern, , near Saigon river, the project ensure a comfortable and convenience living environment and environmentally friendly.

Bamboo Capital JSC (BCG) will receive 100% of Indochina Hoi An Beach Villas. The transfer value is 337 billion dong. This information has just been disclosed by Bamboo Capital in Resolution No.12/2018/NQ-HDQT-BCG on 19/2/2018. Accordingly, Indochina Hoi An Beach Villas Ltd will transfer 100% capital for Bamboo Capital.

Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam – Vietnam renewable energy developer, Bamboo Capital JSC (“BCG”) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with New Era Energy Ltd. (“NERA”) to pilot the world’s first Carbon Credit Protocol on the Blockchain. NERA will also invest up to US$ 50 Million to develop BCG’s solar and wind projects in 2018 as part of its commitment to accelerate clean energy adoption in Southeast Asia.
