On September 19th, 2016, SSC has confirmed receipt of all documents and reports required for stock issuance under BCG’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan according to BCG’s Report No. 95/2016/CV-BCG issued on August 9th, 2016. The issuance plan shall comply with Shareholders’ Resolution passed by shareholders’ opinion poll by Document No. 01/2016/NQ-ĐHĐCĐ issued on March 2nd, 2016; 2016 Annual General Meeting’s Resolution No. 02/2016/NQ-ĐHĐCĐ issued on April 5th, 2016; Board Resolutions No. 23/2016/QĐ-HĐQT, No. 23A/2016/QĐ-HĐQT, and No. 24/2016/NQ-HĐQT issued on July 28th, 2016.

For the last six months of 2016, Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company (BCG) has committed to fulfilling and exceeding the 2016 business plan which was passed in the shareholders’ meeting. According to BCG’s audited consolidated business results for the first six months of 2016, accumulated revenue from sales of goods and services reached 607 billion VND and accumulated after-tax profit was 29 billion VND, up by 123% and 70.4% over the same period of last year, respectively.

On August 26th, 2016 morning, at the hall of the People’s Committee in Tri Ton district, Antraco held a ceremony to award scholarships for the 2016-2017 academic year to 150 pupils and students who had overcome poverty with good academic achievements in Tri Ton district, An Giang.
