(BCG) On November 19th, 2021 - BCG Land officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with The Ascott Limited, Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) and Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (Vietinbank).
According to the contract, The Ascott Limited - the world's largest international accommodation operator based in Singapore, will provide operation manage-ment services for the projects of commercial complex and the King Crown In-finity condominium. The Ascott Limited owns many serviced apartments pro-jects across 100 cities in more than 27 countries. The strategic cooperation with the leading operator affirms the position of King Crown Infinity's iconic project in Thu Duc city.
In addition, a cooperation agreement between BCG Land and the project sponsors - BIDV and Vietinbank, which are two banks in the Vietnam’s 4 larg-est banks, will offer many opportunities for the investors of the King Crown In-finity project.
Mr. Vo Manh Tin - Chief Executive Officer of BCG Land signed a cooperation agreement with Ms. Tran Thi Tra My - Deputy Director of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade - Ba Thang Hai Branch.
BIDV and Vietinbank are evaluated to have superior indicators of total assets, charter capital, network, and profits comparing 30 private joint stock banks in Vietnam.
Mr. Vo Manh Tin - Chief Executive Office of BCG Land signed a cooperation agreement with Mr. Nguyen Minh Phuong - Deputy Director of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade - Ho Chi Minh City’s 8th branch.
After the signing ceremony, the King Crown Infinity project will have a total of 6 banks sponsoring project buyers, including VP Bank, MB Bank, Vietcombank, Nam A Bank, BIDV and Vietinbank. They are not only financial partners sup-porting customers with real housing and investment needs, but also a guaran-tee of the reputation and capacity of BCG Land, as well as the potential suc-cess of King Crown Infinity project in the future.
