(BCG) - On August 18th, to support Ho Chi Minh city to fight against the Covid-19 pandemic, Bamboo Capital Group, through the BCG foundation, donated 6 premium ventilators and a 16-seater Toyota Hiace car to Thong Nhat Hospital (Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh city), with a total value of 4.2 billion VND.

The premium ventilators, donated by the BCG Foundation, are manufactured by Dräger (Germany) with the most advanced technology by far. Specifically, they have various breathing modes designed for patients with severe diseases and can be used for both adults and children. Consequently, these ventilators can provide oxygen supply to Covid-19 patients and help them avoid respiratory failure.

During the outbreak of highly contagious coronavirus, the members of Thong Nhat Hospital are the frontline workers who fight against the pandemic, from testing patients, providing emergency treatments,  joining Covid-19 field hospitals and intensive care units, to rapidly vaccinating the community.

On July 7th, Bamboo Capital Group supported Thong Nhat Hospital with 2 billion VND and sponsored 2 cars to transport doctors and medical supplies around the city. With these donations, Bamboo Capital Group wishes to help the frontline medical staff and contribute to eliminating the pandemic in Ho Chi Minh city soon.
