On September 19th, 2016, SSC has confirmed receipt of all documents and reports required for stock issuance under BCG’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan according to BCG’s Report No. 95/2016/CV-BCG issued on August 9th, 2016. The issuance plan shall comply with Shareholders’ Resolution passed by shareholders’ opinion poll by Document No. 01/2016/NQ-ĐHĐCĐ issued on March 2nd, 2016; 2016 Annual General Meeting’s Resolution No. 02/2016/NQ-ĐHĐCĐ issued on April 5th, 2016; Board Resolutions No. 23/2016/QĐ-HĐQT, No. 23A/2016/QĐ-HĐQT, and No. 24/2016/NQ-HĐQT issued on July 28th, 2016.
