Bamboo Capital JSC (BCG) annouces the amendment to the Results on Conversion of bonds into shares which was disclosed on August 5th, 2020
Reason for amendment: in accordance with Proposal No. 02/2020/TTĐH-HĐQT-BCG dated on May 12th,2020 of the BOD regarding the conversion of 280 BCG_BOND2018 bonds approved by the AGM in writing in Resolution No. 02/2020/NQ-DHĐCĐ-BCG dated May 27th, 2020.
