– Charter capital: 400,000,000,000 dongs
– Business lines: Construction, Real Estate and Trading.
– BCG’s capital: 196,000,000,000 (49% of charter capital of Nam Cuong Sai Gon Co., Ltd)
– Purpose of capital contribution: joint venture with Bang Duong Trading Constructon Investment Co., Ltd. to implement the investment project to built and operate 5,000 social houses for workers and employees in Long An.
