Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company announced the Board Resolution No.33 which approves contribution capital in GAIA Energy Joint Stock Company as follows:
Articles 1: Approves to invest in GAIA Energy JSC
– Name of company: GAIA ENERGY JOINT STOCK COMPANY
– Address: Floor 14th – 80B, Vincom Building, 72 Le Thanh Ton Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Hochiminh City, Vietnam.
– Charter capital: VND200,000,000,000,000
– Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company contributed VND80,000,000,000 (equivalence about 8,000,000 shares) in Gaia Energy JSC. Therefore, Gaia Energy JSC will make up 40%/amount of charter capital.
Articles 2: Mr. Pham Dang Khoa is the representative of capital of Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company.
Articles 3: This resolution will be effective from October 13, 2016.
