BCG: ACG Vietnam no longer BCG’s subsidiary

Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company (BCG) did not contribute more capital in the latest stock issuance of ACG Vietnam Joint Stock Company. Therefore, BCG’s holding in ACG Vietnam decreased from 51% to 49.51%, and ACG Vietnam is no longer a subsidiary of BCG.
