Mr. Kou Kok Yiow

Mr. Kou Kok Yiow has many years of experience in the field of auditing and operating and managing in the finance and accounting field. 

Currently, he is the Director of Harvest Global Investment Pte Ltd - a multinational financial investment company headquartered in Singapore. Before that, he was an Auditor at KPMG Singapore and a Director at Tai Wah May & Knitting Factory Pte Ltd.

He received his B.A in Accounting from National University of Singapore.

Mr. Pham Minh Tuan

Mr. Pham Minh Tuan holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Deputy General Director of BCG. In this position, Mr. Tuan is responsible for overall management of BCG's activities. At the same time, he is also responsible for investor relations, participating in strategic planning and realizing value for BCG's investment projects.

Mr. Tuan is also the CEO of BCG Energy - a member company of BCG operating in the field of renewable energy. He directly manages BCG's key energy projects.

Before joining BCG, Mr. Tuan is a senior financial expert of BMO Nesbitt Burns Wealth Management, one of Canada's largest securities brokerage firms and investment service management for individual customers. In addition, he used to work at Citibank Canada with the position of Vice President, in charge of statutory financial statements. Before that, he worked at the Montreal Bank as a Senior Financial Manager.
He completed his Master of Business in Banking and Finance from Monash University (Australia).  He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom (ACCA-UK).

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hung

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hung is a Co-Founder, holding the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Deputy General Director of BCG. With extensive expertise in the field of project management, under his leadership, BCG has expanded its portfolio focusing on core areas including infrastructure, real estate and renewable energy. 

Hung received his B.A of English Linguistics from Ho Chi Minh University of Social Sciences and Humanities and B.A in Corporate Finance from Ho Chi Minh University of Economics (Vietnam).

Mr. Tan Bo Quan, Andy

Mr. Tan Bo Quan, Andy has been appointed a member of the Board of Directors of BCG since May 2021. Before that, he was a Independent member of Board of Directors of Transport and Industry Development Investment JSC (TRACODI) and BCG Land JSC. 

Since 2016, Mr. Andy joined BCG as an Project Manager. In addition, he held positions in the Board of Supervisory Board of BCG and BCG Energy (BCG’s subsidiary).

He has many years of experience working in the fields of financial consulting, insurance, real estate and has extensive relationships with domestic and foreign investors. Mr. Andy was the Co-Founder and held the position of CEO at A Consulting Group Pte. Ltd from 2014 – 2016.

Mr. Andy received his Bachelor of Communication and Journalism from National University of Singapore.

Mr. Nguyen Tung Lam

Mr. Lam possesses extensive experience in business administration and banking - finance. 

Currently, he is serving as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at BCG Land JSC and as the Chief Executive Officer at Viet Linh Commercial and Technology JSC. 

Mr. Lam completed his Master's in Finance from Bentley University (USA) and earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Hanoi Foreign Trade University.

Mr. Hoang Trung Thanh

He's also Board Member of BCG and Vice Chairman at BCG Energy. 

He had taught at CGU as an adjunct Professor with research interests in computational finance, AI and automatic trading system; while he also had extensive experiences in finance and management with Aventis Asset Management, Providental Fund and others. Dr. Thanh currently holds the position of Vice President of Institute of Telecom Technology under Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology. 

Dr. Thanh received his Ph.D. in Management (Finance) from Claremont Graduate University (CGU) after obtained Master of Science in Financial Engineering from CGU and International Master of Business Administration from University of San Diego. 

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Khanh

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Khanh joined BCG as an Independent Member of the Board of Directors in May 2019.

Mr. Khanh works at Vietnam Dairy Products JSC (Vinamilk) as Managing Director and Research and Development. With extensive experience in the field of fast-moving consumer goods research and development and product manufacturing, Mr. Khanh participates in consulting for BCG's agricultural and manufacturing activities.

He graduated from Ho Chi Minh City Polytechnic University majoring in chemical and food engineering. He also has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ho Chi Minh University of Economics and English language from Ho Chi Minh University of Social Sciences and Humanities (Vietnam).

Mr. Dang Dinh Tuan

Mr. Tuan has years of experience in the fields of Teaching, Hotel Management, Tourism, and Financial & Real Estate Investment. 

Currently, Mr. Tuan holds positions in two companies within the BCG ecosystem: The Vice Chairman of BCG Financial Corp and an Independent Board Member of BCG Land. 

Mr. Tuan earned his Master's degree in Hotel and Tourism Management from Cornell University (USA) and pursued advanced studies in Financial Management at SIM University (Singapore).

Mr. Vu Xuan Chien

Mr. Chien boasts extensive managerial expertise spanning the realms of Media, Commerce, and Real Estate. 

He presently serves as the Northern Branch Director for MHDI2 Investment and Housing Development Corporation and helms the Communications Department of M8 Limited Company.

Mr. Chien graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Law from Hanoi Law University and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from the National University of Agriculture in Mongolia.
