Mr. Bui Thanh Lam

Mr. Bui Thanh Lam has been appointed a member of the Board of Directors of BCG since April 2016. Before that, he was a member of Supervisory Board of BCG. He has many years of experience working in the fields of financial investment business, insurance, real estate and has extensive relationships with domestic and foreign investors. Mr. Lam made a great contribution to BCG in expanding relationships with major domestic and foreign investors, thereby helping to expand the Group's business scale and project development capability.

Mr. Lam also holds the position of Member of BOD of Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company (Tracodi) and Permanent Member of BOD of BCG Land JSC - which is two of the pillar subsidiaries of BCG operating in the field of Construction - Trading and Real Estate.

Before joining BCG, Mr. Lam held many important positions in the Board of Directors of large companies such as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of BT Vietnam Pharmaceutical JSC; Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Deputy General Director of Farmapex Pharmaceutical JSC, Binh Duong and Chairman of Members' Council of Thai Son Sai Gon Advisory Investment Ltd., Company.

Mr. Lam graduated Master of International Relations from Huron University (United Kingdom).

Mr. Tan Bo Quan, Andy

Mr. Tan Bo Quan, Andy has been appointed a member of the Board of Directors of BCG since May 2021. Before that, he was a Independent member of Board of Directors of Transport and Industry Development Investment JSC (TRACODI) and BCG Land JSC. 

Since 2016, Mr. Andy joined BCG as an Project Manager. In addition, he held positions in the Board of Supervisory Board of BCG and BCG Energy (BCG’s subsidiary).

He has many years of experience working in the fields of financial consulting, insurance, real estate and has extensive relationships with domestic and foreign investors. Mr. Andy was the Co-Founder and held the position of CEO at A Consulting Group Pte. Ltd from 2014 – 2016.

Mr. Andy received his Bachelor of Communication and Journalism from National University of Singapore.

Mr. Tomas Sven Jaehnig

Mr. Tomas Sven Jaehnig is an independent member of BOD of TRACODI since April 2017.

He has more than 25 years of experience in tool and furniture manufacturing as well as in retail and foreign trade.
Herr Sven is Founder, currently Chairman of the Board and Chief Financial Officer of indoba GmbH.

As shareholder and Chief Finance Officer of Gartinex GmbH, he was primarily responsible for the transfer of Gartinex GmbH into the indoba group of companies and its successful transformation into indoba Immobilien + Grundstücke AG.
He is a member of the supervisory board of the newly formed AG and was elected chairman.

Mr. Sven is currently in a leading position responsible for the expansion of the indoba group of companies. At the same time he leads the restructuring and integration of the existing companies into a holding structure.
Sven received Certificates in Business Administration, Quality control, Economics and Law; Certificate of Management (GmbH Managing Director) in Germany.

Mr. Morishima Kenji

Mr. Morishima Kenji is an Independent member of BOD of TRACODI since April 2017.

He has 16 years of experience in business administration and trading. Morishima is the Founder and Director of Dream Off - ASA since 2001 and World Creation Corporation since 2014.
